NCSU Design / Build: Crafting a Barn for Benevolence Farm

This summer, M.Arch as well as B.Arch students participated in the annual NC State Design / Build Studio, a 10-week summer course in which the students design and then construct a building. This summer, the studio paired with community partner Benevolence Farm to build a storage and processing barn for the farm. Benevolence Farm provides a transitional living program for up to 12 women who are leaving North Carolina prisons.
